A year and a half since Woodrow joined our family. Wow! What a blessing he is, even on days that he gives me a run for my money.

Diaper/Clothes Size: Size 3 diapers and we just switched him to all size 18 clothes, even though some of his size 12 pants could still fit.
Woodrow is our climber and mischievous one these days. If it has buttons he pushes them, if he can climb on it, he does. The other day he climbed on to the trampoline which allowed him to climb onto a chair and then on to a desk.
He's a pretty particular eater. No meat, no veggies, and he's temperamental about fruit. Woodrow will eat tons and tons of food if he's in the right mood. Between him and Theo and their eating habits it is enough to drive you bonkers. Anyways, Woodrow's an all day nibbler. He's completely switched to whole milk which is somewhat less of a mess to deal with. He does well drinking from a straw, and pretty good from a regular cup when we allow him to have it-but he has to be monitored, otherwise he starts playing with his cup. He likes to push Theo aside now, and join in on cooking meals with me-he's pretty cute up on the kitchen stool.
Woodrow is also ready for Olympic Swimming. The two boys are quite the pair in the tub these days. Woodrow dunks his head, blows bubbles, and "floats" on his tummy. I took Theo to the base pool last weekend for a mom/Theo swimming lesson, but it seems like I'll need to make time to take Woodrow too.
When Mason comes home from work, Woodrow is the cutest. He just runs up to Mason like it is the very best part of his day. It is adorable. But, when Mason's at work Woodrow likes to be right near me. Sometimes I think I just need a little pouch for him to sit inside so he's right up close to me.
Last month we took a little trip, and added some states to Woodrow and Theo's repertoire: North Dakota, Minnesota, Wisconsin, Illinois, Indiana, Kentucky, Tennessee, and North Carolina. The boys did really well on our trip considering all our various changes. When we got home we took away Woodrow's pacifiers-and he's done pretty well, although I've felt a little bad since it seems like all of his bottom teeth are coming in. He has 12 teeth now.
Woodrow still isn't a huge fan of the snow, but he does like being outside when the wind isn't blowing him away. I think we're ready for Spring-even though I know it's still a ways off.
I'm hoping that soon enough Woodrow will start chattering away, but it seems like his words have disappeared, slightly and he now walks around saying "eh, eh." He is picking up signs better and signs "more" and "all done" most of the time.
One of the best things is that Woodrow and Theo like to play together quite a bit. They think hide and seek is HILARIOUS and Theo is asking all the time to play. He's gotten better about staying quiet once he is hidden, but still it's so funny to watch them play. Theo's been working hard on being a good big brother, and most of the time he's awesome, and sometimes it is hard to share toys and attention.
Theo really enjoys "home preschool" as he calls it. Our co-op has been going really great and Theo has been learning a lot. He's leaned most of the letter sounds, and always wants to know what words start with what letter. He even tried writing his name a few times. We signed him up for "town preschool" in the Fall which will be a two-day program following a similar schedule that we are on now. He's also taking gymnastic classes on Friday mornings, and is actually improving and becoming a little more coordinated.
