Maximus is 5 months old

At the end of March, Maximus turned 5 months old.  He is just a joy and we love him so.

Maximus is definitely hitting a growth spurt and is wearing 3-6 months cloths, size 2 diapers, and wants to eat constantly.  Unfortunately we hit the 4 month sleep regression and Max went from sleeping through the night to waking up 2-3 times a night, which is rough on everyone.

Max started rolling from back to front and loves to roll around.  It took him awhile but towards the end of the month we stopped using the sleep swaddles and switched to sleep sacks so he wouldn't suffocate and so he could have access to his hands.

Maximus loves to chew on just about anything except the pacifier.  He likes to chew on his hands, toys, and blankets.

Poor little guy has cradle cap (but we've since cleared it up mostly).

One of our biggest struggles was getting Max to consistently take a bottle.  It was hard leaving him with even Mason because he'd throw a huge fit.  I've got 3,000 oz. of stored breast milk we we decided to try bottles more and he's now a champ.

Max being able to take a bottle has allowed us to leave him with a babysitter, which has been awesome! Mason and I have been able to go on three dates and it has been so nice.  (More on those adventures later).

We also pulled out the bouncer for Max to try and even though he could barely touch the ground at first, he's gotten much better at bouncing and turning around.  He enjoys it a lot and like his brothers uses it as a prime opportunity for pooping.

For the most part, Maximus is easy going and he just goes with the flow.  He's napping less, more interactive, and his big brothers love him to pieces.
